What you’ll doDoctolib is looking for a Data excellence senior associate to strengthen the newly created HCP (Healthcare Practitioners) Data Platform team.Your main missions will be to : * Maximize our Prospects Target addressable market to enable Sales & Marketing growth

• Improve our database quality
• Join forces with our product and ops teams to scale our processes

As a Data excellence senior associate, you will be the main point of contact of our local sales & marketing teams based in France, Germany and Italy.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Be the main point of contact regarding prospect data :

• Work with all business teams to propose the right governance & business processes to ensure our data standards (eg. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Products…)
• Propose ambitious roadmaps to achieve our goals

Lead complex data excellence projects:

• Lead, scope, drive & deliver data excellence projects (data analysis, data strategy, quality, data sourcing, Sales processes & change management, etc.)
• Build scalable & lasting solutions by yourself or via our internal partners (Data Analytics, Data Operations, Product teams)
• Ensure our database is efficient, complete & accurate and provide market knowledge on our prospect & competitors (Salesforces, MDM)

Who you areIf you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply!You could be our next team mate if you:

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a consultant, business or data analyst with strong business & data sense. You also have a fast and successful track record in a B2B SaaS company or consulting firm;
• You’re highly proficient in writing SQL queries, including complex joins, and have extensive experience working with large databases.;
• You have experience in leading projects
• English is mandatory, French / German / Italian are a plus.

Now, it would be fantastic if you have:

• Python knowledge & development experience
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforces) or MDM (Reltio)
